Gold & Home's portfolio includes dozens of development projects across Connecticut and Westchester locations, plus a significant joint venture with L'Ottocento, an award-winning Italian custom kitchen manufacturer.
Vlad Sapozhnikov
Owner, Gold & Home CabinetryA senior real estate professional, a sought-after business leader, and an expert in the luxury single-family, middle-market multifamily, office, retail and hotel sectors. As a co-founder, he helped assemble the trusted and highly experienced multi-lingual staff at Gold & Home, noted for integrity and strong performance.
